Please contact Shah-Roj as early as possible if plans change. Refund eligibility depends on whether ingredients have been purchased or preparation and decoration have begun.
Customized orders
Customized cakes may require advance payment. Once custom preparation has started, the advance may not be refundable.
Problems with an order
If there is a problem, contact Shah-Roj promptly with the order details and photos where relevant so the matter can be reviewed fairly.
