Shah-Roj Home Made Cake began with Keya Mony making cakes from home in Brahmanpara. The idea was never to feel like a large, factory-style bakery. It was to make fresh cakes with good ingredients, decorate them around the customer’s wishes, keep pricing reasonable and make every celebration feel a little more thoughtful.
The business grew the local way — through conversations, repeat customers, recommendations, family occasions and people sharing their experience with others.
That personal connection still defines Shah-Roj. A cake may be ordered online, but behind the order is still a real person preparing it for a real moment.

The main operation shifts to Balughat, Cantonment, Dhaka-1206, making local service easier around the Cantonment area.
Still connected to both communities
Dhaka is now the primary base, while cake making and local delivery continue in Brahmanpara through trusted support.
