Standard and custom cake orders should be confirmed at least 24 hours before the required time. Highly customized work may need more preparation time.
Custom designs
Reference photos are used as design inspiration. Small differences are natural because every cake is handmade. Final custom pricing is confirmed before preparation.
Delivery
Delivery charges depend on area and may be higher for distant locations because decorated cakes require careful handling.
Cancellation
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether ingredients, decoration or preparation have already started. Contact Shah-Roj as early as possible if plans change.
